US Domestic Shipping

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping to all U.S. states. Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $75. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please double-check your address before completing checkout to avoid delays or additional fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at theimmigrantexperience.org@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Opened or used personal care items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at theimmigrantexperience.org@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
